Basil Sabbak is an attorney in West Palm Beach dedicated to his client’s rights and ensuring they have the best representation. Basil focuses his practice on helping those who’ve been wronged in medical malpractice, personal injury, and business litigation. The practice of law is first and foremost a service, and Basil believes, wholeheartedly, in making sure he is there for his clients and fighting for what they are entitled.

No matter what the issue, it is the unfortunate truth that, far too often, someone who is wronged is brushed to the side, and they have to fight for what is right. Joining Halberg & Fogg to protect those who need it most, Basil has experience litigating everything from breaches of contracts to slip and falls to zoning violations. Prior to joining Halberg & Fogg, Basil defended Fortune 500 companies and high net worth individuals in insurance defense and is well versed in the strategies, tactics, and playbook insurance companies use throughout lawsuits. In addition, Basil has represented a myriad of business owners and individuals in making sure they obtained the benefit of their bargains.

Basil graduated from the Florida State University College of Law where he earned his business law certificate and was a member of the international law moot court team. Throughout his time attending law school, Basil worked for the Florida state government, enforcing licensing violations at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and assisting with the legalities of affordable housing at the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. He also clerked for the Honorable Judge Peter Lopez in the 11th judicial circuit in and for Miami-Dade County.

When Basil isn’t at the office or in the courthouse he can be found spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. Enjoying traveling, good food, and a competitive game of pickleball, Basil likes to enjoy all the little things that make life special.
